Dr. William Storms

Dr. Storms has practiced in Southern Colorado since 1975 and is a Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Matthew Bowdish

Dr. Bowdish has practiced in Southern Colorado at The William Storms Allergy Clinic since June 2009.

Nurse Practitioners

Julia Mesnikoff

Julia did her Nurse Practitioner preparation at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. She graduated in 2002 and has been practicing since 2003. Julia’s first NP job was with Boston Health Care for the Homeless and she retains a strong interest in homeless and underserved populations. Julia also enjoys cooking, sewing, camping, and swing dancing. Julia has been with Dr. Storms since October 2004.

Jill Smothers

Jill Smothers graduated from nursing school in 1997, then received her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2003. She has been a board certified Nurse Practitioner for 11 years and has worked in student health, psychology, online teaching in a graduate nursing program and initial set up of a women's health clinic. Jill has been with the clinic since 2007, and currently also employed on weekends as an independent contractor for the Department of Defense performing psychiatric evaluations on soldiers who return from war. She focuses on education, prevention and wellness.

Kathy Blair

Kathy Blair received her Bachelor Science in Nursing at Kent State University, Masters of Science in Nursing (PNP/FNP) at University of Colorado Health Sciences and her PhD at University of Missouri, Colombia. Kathy is a Professor at Beth El College of Nursing and Health Sciences at UCCS and coordinator of the graduate NP option. She is a family/pediatric nurse practitioner with 30 years experience.

Carol Halle

Carol obtained her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University, then a Masters Degree in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington in 2001. She has over 20 years of nursing experience ranging from inpatient critical care to outpatient wellness clinics. Carol retired from the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2010 and began working for The William Storms Allergy Clinic within the same year. Carol has passion and expertise for chronic disease management which encompasses disease prevention, control and health promotion.

Kelly Eskew

Kelly has been practicing as a family nursing practitioner for over 6 years and as an RN for over 14 years, with a focus in primary care, cardiology and nursing education. She received her BSN in 1996 and MSN in 2005, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Kelly enjoys living in Pueblo with her family and caring for patients in our Pueblo clinic.
